Shipping Policy (USA Orders)

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders within the United States. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Transit and Handling Times

Transit Time: Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Handling Time: Orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following business day.
Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time, including both handling and transit time, is typically 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Terms

We primarily use FedEx for deliveries; however, this is not guaranteed. We may switch to a different delivery provider at any time based on shipping costs, delivery areas, and the shipping time required by the customer.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat $5.00 shipping fee for all orders shipped via FedEx.

Change of Delivery Address

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to change your address before the order is shipped, please contact us immediately at support@lenoxi.shop. We will do our best to assist you.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed for shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s status until it reaches you. This number can be used to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website, such as FedEx.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost to resend the parcel. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate to avoid any delays or extra charges.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we can accommodate cancellations without any issues. However, once your order has been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for the next steps.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the parcel from the courier, if possible, and immediately contact our customer service team. If the parcel is delivered in your absence, please get in touch with us as soon as you notice any damage, and we will guide you through the next steps for resolving the issue.

Sales Tax

We apply sales tax to the price of the product and the shipping rate, as required by applicable laws.
